In this role, your key priority is to lead Western Union partnerships with marketing vendors and platforms including Mobile Measurement Partner, Web Analytics, Walled Gardens, and new partners to be onboarded. You will be responsible for driving a best-in-class and performance results-oriented relationship with all partners under your remit.

Role Responsibilities
Leads the global relationship with Western Unions Mobile Measurement Partner, Walled Garden Platforms, App Analytics SaaS, and other key partners in the paid media digital ecosystem to ensure best-in-class performance.
Enables the success of the regional Go to Market teams through a best-in-class global marketing partners operation. This includes but is not limited to working within the Global Marketing Commerce and Innovation team to ensure all relevant SDKs are updated, web taxonomy and tagging is enabled, that all contractual vendor features are properly exploited, and all possible opportunities preventing new customer acquisition growth within marketing partners are addressed.
Supports the Marketing Commerce and Innovation teams implementation of an enhanced performance measurement framework that improves Western Union ROAS, Customer Lifetime Value, understanding of creative asset performance, and that the working media budget is efficiently deployed, tracked and optimized across all channels.
Leads the execution of the global non-working marketing partnerships budget, including monthly tracking with the Marketing Operations and Finance teams; ensures all POs are correctly created and shared; and that all invoices relating to global budget are correctly paid.
Supports the Marketing Commerce and Innovation team by ensuring all designated contracts are reviewed, negotiated, redlined, agreed, and executed on time, in full.
Recognizes and adopts industry best practices and supports an ongoing global Proof of Concept program to ensure global partnerships are best-in-class.
Engages with Privacy and Information Security to ensure all initiatives and programs meet internal and external regulatory requirements

Role Requirements
At least 5 years demonstrated experience in performance marketing/direct-response marketing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of the needs and motivations of a variety of stakeholders that interact with the global performance marketing partners.
Ability to communicate needs and objectives in a succinct, clear, and persuasive fashion across the positions multiple stakeholders.
One or more years of management experience a plus
Proven expert in Facebook Business Manager, Google Marketing Platform tools, SaaS measurement and attribution tools. Certification in at least two of the above areas required.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms and Data Enrichment and Activation partners a plus.
Knowledgeable about the contemporary AdTech environment and about Programmatic media, Paid Social and Search, Upper Funnel measurement, and Privacy regulations.
Expert consumer of analytical tools and statistical models, with ability to translate into business and go-to-market strategies in support of Go-To Market regional teams.
Working knowledge of SQL and related tools a plus.
Demonstrated success managing complex business processes across multiple teams in a high-growth environment.
Ownership mindset with propensity for finding unique solutions to business challenges.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $93,750.00 - $156,250.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
