Role

As the Managaer - HR Digital Transformation, you will be part of the HR - Digital Transformation team and will report to the Lead - HR Digital Transformation. The purpose of your role will be to assist in creation of a people digitisation journey roadmap and lead adoption and integration of Digital Solutions and thereby drive seamless employee experience within the organisation.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Strategy Deployment: Collaborate with key stakeholders within and outside organisation to align overall Digital Strategy road-map Identify key areas for digital intervention, such as recruitment, on boarding, PMS, employee engagement, L&D, Talent Management etc.

2. Digital Solution Implementation: Support in the selection and implementation of digital tools and platforms that streamline HR processes, enhance data analytics, and improve decision-making Evaluate existing HR systems and processes, identifying areas where automation and digital solutions can drive efficiency gains. Build As-Is and To-be process in consultation with the CFT team and external vendor partners

A Day in the life

As an HR Digital Transformation manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, development and implementation of digital initiatives that enhance our people processes, increase efficiency and deliver frictionless employee experience. This role requires a deep understanding of both HR practices and digital technologies. In this role, you'd also be required to align both internal and external stakeholders to drive synergy in deployment; curate and deploy user manual and awareness sessions for the team and business users & adhernance to the delivery timelines and achieve adoption and efficiency.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA with core specialization in HR

- 8-10 Years of experience in HRBP/COE roles

- Proven experience in HR digital transformation, process improvement, and change management.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver results

- Strong understanding of HR processes, regulations, and best practices

- Familiarity with a wide range of HR technologies, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, employee engagement platforms

- Demonstrate a strong analytical and problem-solving orientation to identify root causes and devise effective solutions

Behavioural Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams

- Collaborator and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Cultivate an innovative mindset by exploring new technologies and creative solutions to enhance HR practices

- Display flexibility and openness to navigate evolving technology landscapes and adapt accordingly
