What does an outstanding R-hidden_mobile3 Senior Manager - Information Security, Bengaluru do at Fiserv

As the Senior Manager - Information Security, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets. You will lead a team of security professionals and be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our information security program. Your expertise in SIEM tools such as but not limited to MDR, AWS security Services, Qualys, EPP, EDR, and CSPM, PCI DSS compliance, and key security certifications will be instrumental in enhancing our security posture.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Information Security team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks.
• Oversee the monitoring of security systems and tools, including MDR, AWS security Services, Qualys, EPP, EDR, and CSPM.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met for new projects and initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies to continuously improve the security program.
• Manage incident response and forensic investigations in the event of security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
• Prepare and deliver regular security reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a security-conscious culture throughout the organization through training and awareness programs.

What you will need to have:

• 12+ Years of Experience in Cyber Security Domain
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications and or GIAC certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience managing an Information Security team in a enterprise organization
• Expertise in SIEM tools such as but not limited to MDR, AWS security Services, Qualys, EPP, EDR, and CSPM
• Strong knowledge of information security best practices, standards, and regulations.
• In-depth understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements and experience in managing compliance efforts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats.

What would be nice/great to have:

• Expertise in SIEM tools such as but not limited to MDR, AWS security Services, Qualys, EPP, EDR, and CSPM
• Relevant certifications Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly desirable.
