Nivesh has grown rapidly in the last 7 years of its existence and today manages Rs. 1,100 crores as AUM through 5,000+ partners spread across 500 cities in India. The insurance vertical (Nivesh Insurance) was started last year and the current year business target is Rs. 40 crore of gross premium. The total team strength is about 90. The corporate office is located in Noida and has branches in Mumbai and Jaipur. The company is supported by leading investors including IAN Fund and LV. Angel Fund. Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor an Operations team and provide guidance to team members to ensure team performance meets or exceeds established goals. Oversee and manage all aspects of insurance operations, quotes management, logins, and issuance tracking for the Life and GI line of business. Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Serve as a point of escalation for issues and ensure their prompt and satisfactory resolution. Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the company's compliance. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks. Required Skills: 8-10 years of experience in insurance operations activities. MBA or equivalent qualification with Insurance-specific certifications as an added advantage. Profound knowledge of Insurance products and processes. Well-versed with IRDA regulations implying the Insurance brokers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Likes to interact with people through telephonic/digital means. History of academic excellence.
