The Integration and Test Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Integration and Test Team. This individual manages the day to day operations in a cost-effective manner according to company policies and procedures, and within budgetary guidelines. This position provides administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient department operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative ownership of company integration and test resources
• Develop and manage work schedules according to budgets, workloads, and the Software release plan
• Participate in the planning of the Software release schedule
• Work with Software Group and Program Group to help create schedules for program-specific software releases
• Create and maintain an Integration and Test strategy to provide a consistently releasable product on all platforms
• Continue to reduce the cycle time required to create a releasable product, while maintaining or increasing quality
• Verify new features that are added into the system and that no regressions are caused.
• Increase the amount of automation used and the deterministic test behavior
• Develop and maintain performance KPIs for the Integration and Test team, including capacity and schedule performance metrics
• Report weekly on staffing, issues and risks
• Work with local and remote teams

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in Integration and Test
• 3+ years of experience working in a Management role
• Basic knowledge of budgetary process
• Project management skills

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $104,000 to 138,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
