eBay Commerce Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay, Inc. seeks Manager, Legal Programs 2 in San Jose, CA

Job Duties: Lead NA C2C Seller Analytics, including Seller Business performance to help support the NA C2C Seller Initiatives. Partner with business teams to understand roadmap and strategy, proactively analyze business performance, and communicate recommendations optimal and clearly. Build relationships with regional executives and their directs. Identify key business problems and turn them into data problems and demonstrate creativity by using existing eBay data to seek those problems. Apply state-of-the-art analytical and statistical techniques to innovate for eBay using existing data assets to drive change through data driven insights, business judgment, and complex quantitative analysis. Design, build and use models to size business cases and generate insights on how our sellers engage with the platform. Coach and groom analysts to broaden thinking, scale their abilities and assume greater responsibilities. Partial telecommuting from a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Operation Research, Business Analytics or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Base Salary: $170,186-187,550 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
