What will your day look like?

  • Manage a global recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly
  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes
  • Promote ArchLynks reputation as a great place to work by being Archlynks employer brand ambassador (employer branding efforts)
  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
  • Coordinate with regional leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Bachelors degree with proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably someone who has been recruited in the Professional Services space.
  • Experience managing global recruitment teams
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT or Professional Services roles; preference will be given to those with SAP recruitment experience
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and be flexible to change
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search, advanced search, networking, referrals, meetups, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
