Job title: Manager Reporting & Visualization




Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data visualization Expert with a proven track record of at least 10+ years in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing complex data projects, understanding business requirements, story boarding analysis and create what if scenarios to derive actionable insights and solutions. The Senior Data viz Expert will play a pivotal role in shaping the team strategy and mentoring junior team members.



Responsibilities


Drive excellent practices and technical standards for establishing reporting for PMS, developing information suites (Dashboards, reports, visualizations) fit for C-level consumption

Create packs for running the Performance Reviews.

Leverage Philips data to scale our ability to optimize PMS performance through analysis, modelling, experiments and pre-post analyses.

Develop and implement PMS data management practices

Ability to use data and story board it in power BI for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics Mandatory

Project Management certified like PMP etc.

Ability to share dashboards, reports, and Analytical insights from data Mandatory

Experience of having done visualization on large datasets Preferred added advantage

Develop validation framework to ensure accuracy always.

Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Technical Knowledge andSkills required



Expert knowledge of any visualization tool like Tableau, Qlikview or PowerBI as well as some knowledge of R, Python Mandatory


Working knowledge of SQL preferred

MS Office working knowledge and good in excel Mandatory

Track record in delivering strong and impactful; competitor and market tracking insights

High affinity with applying new IT platforms / dash boarding software tools for reporting and Experience in a consumer focused, complex, matrixed, multinational environment, e.g. consumer goods, online services, e-commerce, or mobile applications

Competitor insight generation

Strong background into Database design, modeling and architecture - preferred

Soft Skills Required


Good communication and presentation skills

Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask

Clarity of thoughts and vision

Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table

Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output

Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and Director levels

Work Experience


Minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in analytics individual contributor roles



High affinity with AI powered insight tools and engines

Academics


MBA /BTech-BE from IIT/NITs or Tier 1 engineering schools only, MS Analytics from Tier 1 schools, MCA from Tier 1 engineering school

Certification in visualization will be preferred, like of Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau, PowerBI
