Salesforce Administration @ OrderMyGear

Salesforce Administration is responsible for owning and maintaining OMG's use of Salesforce. As a Manager of Salesforce Admin, you will leverage and evaluate existing best practices for the use of Salesforce and continually drive adoption to ensure user and system efficiency. You will also build and maintain relationships across critical functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, consistently collaborating on how Salesforce supports and enables the business. As Manager of Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as our subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and our integrations with Salesforce.

Day in the Life

  • Daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for OMG Salesforce users
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions that support new or changing business processes
  • Collaborate with critical OMG Salesforce stakeholders to understand Team OMG needs
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications, including developing, testing, and maintaining integrations with OMG's proprietary software and third-party platforms
  • Continual maintenance of a clean Salesforce database
  • Create and maintain system-related documentation

Requirements

Must Haves

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience managing a team of Salesforce Admins
  • Proven ability to perform integrations with proprietary software and other third-party platforms such as ZenDesk, Drift, Dialpad, AskNicely, Crayon, Everstring, Pendo, and Chili Piper
  • Proven experience using Data Loader or similar tool
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, BI, and Sales tools such as Hubspot, Looker, and Outreach
  • Strong understanding of (link removed) Platform and best practices
  • (link removed) Sales Cloud administration experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
  • General knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies and general business operations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize changing projects, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship is not available

Nice to Haves

  • Understanding of SOQL
  • Experience with Apex coding
  • Experience with Sandbox Environment
  • Company-wide salesforce initiatives, including (but not limited to) speaking with stakeholders, gathering information and executing projects
