Overview:
Reporting into the Vice President, Finance, the Manager / Sr. Manager FP&A plays a key role in the forecasting, budgeting and reporting process for the Company. The role will lead the overall companywide quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, as well as the department-level monthly reporting process. This role will support the companys quarterly financial filing, BOD reporting, and external reporting activities. The individual serves as a key business partner with business and functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for internal financial management reporting
- Lead departmental expense close and accrual process and departmental budgeting and forecasting process
- Lead and roll-up corporate budget and quarterly forecast
- Manage the Budget Process
- Assist in Partnership Reporting
- Build proforma financial forecasts in conjunction with Business Development and Corporate Strategy
- Maintain and update the assumptions underlying the Companys Long-Term Financial Model
- Support Finances due diligence efforts in product and company acquisition opportunities including business development modeling
- Prepare Financial Board of Directors and Quarterly Business Review Presentations
- Meet with departmental heads on a monthly basis to understand expense tracking versus budget and forecast
- Assist in earnings release table preparation
- Various Ad-Hoc Modeling and Analyses

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- CPA and/or MBA desirable
- 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Skills and Abilities
- Strong Multi-tasking
- Advanced Excel
- Strong Mathematical
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Revenue Recognition Cycle
- Adaptive Software
- Microsoft Dynamics
