Our server-side conversion tracking transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy.

Some of our customers purchase monthly tracking support so our expert analyst team can ensure their Elevar tracking remains accurate and up to date amidst all of the changes in the world of tracking and Shopify.

Many of these customers have been with us for years.

This is where you come in!

You will be the direct manager of this team comprised primarily of other Senior Analytics Specialists.

This is a player/coach role. You'll be the primary analyst for a small # of customers that are your responsibility (3-5) to ensure you stay sharp on current trends, asks, and product updates.

The remainder of your time will be helping ensure your team is successful.

Requirements

  • Accountable for Analyst Services Team (speed, quality, CSAT, customer ROI of Elevar)
  • Responsible for professional development of your team
  • Manage a small book of customers acting as primary analyst to triage tickets
  • Create, manage, and report on weekly team and individual KPIs
  • Put processes in place that maximizes your teams leverage and output
  • Leverage new technology (like AI) to help improve efficiency and quality of your department
  • Be an expert on the Elevar platform
  • Be an expert in analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking
  • Be an expert in Google Tag Manager
  • Act as first point of internal escalation for your team
  • Act as escalation point for customers
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team as new customers are onboarding to Elevar that enroll in ongoing monthly services

Someone who is empathetic, loves to learn, willing to jump on adhoc calls with customers or team members, and acts as a servant leader will excel in this role.
