The Tidy Chick Housekeeping Co. seeks a mature, responsible, detail oriented crew leader with a go the extra mile mentality and old fashioned values to clean residential homes serving our high end clientele throughout Columbus! Territory: Columbus Suburbs (We have homes throughout Columbus)  Successful candidate should live in territory and be willing to drive on the highway to accommodate carefully planned routing.  

Crews clean 2-3 homes each day and is Contract 1099 (not W2); cash paid weekly/Fridays.

Job Duties and Requirements are as follows and are non-negotiable:

* MUST be RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE.

* MUST be available Monday thru Friday during day hours (7am-varies).  Schedule may evolve to suit your needs.  No nights/weekends.

* MUST have tidy, clean cut, professional looking image.

* MUST have a reliable vehicle and be able to utilize your own car to transport a crew to job sites.

* MUST be able to pass a background check/drug test

* MUST be Non Smoker; (absolutely no exceptions).

* MUST be willing to abide by an established Code of Conduct and sign Non-Compete Agreement

* MUST be able to manage another crew member (as well as yourself) on jobs, route, supplies, and of course....customers!

 

The successful candidate will be:

* Detail oriented and able to complete jobs within an established time frame.

* Cleaning in the above stated manner requires a person who is in good physical condition as this is considered a physical, labor-intensive job. A moderate level of physical fitness is needed in order to conquer & thrive through daily job duties.

* One who takes pride in their work, goes the extra mile, and believes in a job well done.

* Able to establish quick rapport and able to build relationships with customers.
