Description:
- Will be handling about 30-45 phone calls per day from customers regarding pricing/discounts, requests for quotes, and shipping time updates
- Will also be responsive for managing a high volume of inbound emails of 150+ for requests from customers
- Will be fielding phone calls from distributors asking for lead time updates
- Will utilize ERP system, Excel, and Teams daily for pricing/discounts, and locating shipping information
- Responsible for communicating with Ops team to collect additional information to provide to customers
- May be dealing with upset customers at times

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
-2-3+ years of Customer Experience work experience (ideally looking for Account Managers, Customer Success, Customer Experience roles) - this needs to be within an organization that has products not services
- Experience with any ERP system (i.e. Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
- Experience dealing with upset customers
- Ability to time manage, multi-task, and having to prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently
- Someone who thrives in and wants to work in a fast-paced environment, and can stay organized
- Critical thinking, problem solving, listening skills, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work well with others required
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office products such as Excel, and Teams
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce
