Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will leverage your technical expertise and deep understanding of our business objectives, manufacturing operations, and the company's dynamic environment to play a proactive and effective leadership role in a specific technical manufacturing discipline. You will be responsible for setting the direction, leading, and taking ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks that may involve multiple inter-coordinating elements.
We expect you to anticipate and identify key issues and provide recommendations for resolution, even in situations where precedents may not exist, and creative problem-solving is necessary. Resolving these challenges may involve applying new methods and approaches, and consideration of their impact on other system components. You will interact with peers and mentors on your projects primarily in the context of peer review to confirm the rationale for task approach direction, as well as peer review of verification and validation activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Your curriculum should provide you with the necessary skills to perform the assignments effectively.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
