Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I

Job Details:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for creating cycles of improvement throughout the organization by leading capital deployment, continuous improvement / cost-out projects, and other operations excellence initiatives.
Evaluate, analyze and improve operations and engineering processes using fundamentally sound manufacturing principles to ensure excellence in safety, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction and quality.
Initiate and lead improvement projects including manufacturing equipment, facility enhancements, production expansion, industrialization and other assigned projects.

Manufacturing Project Management
Facilities project management
Maintenance program implementation and management
Continuous improvement / lean program implementation and management
Process Improvement
Communications skills (presentations, report outs, deployments)
Education Preferred:
Industrial or process engineering
Any engineering
Experience Preferred:
1 year of manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing project management.
