DB&A is a cross-industry management consulting firm that focuses on front-line management coaching/consulting and operations improvement. The majority of our clients are Fortune 500 in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain. We have been doing this for over 30 years.

The position requires year-round travel (Sun-Fri) as consultants commute to and from their home cities to their assigned project sites.



The base salary is $70,200 with significant advancement opportunity with our 3-tiered career track.  This will be explained during the first phone call.

I am looking for someone who is a hard working individual and who gets excited helping others in their team grow to be more successful which in turn will help them become more successful. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide some metrics/KPI's they achieved.

There will be a week long orientation/training class so no prior management consultant experience is needed. There will also be a few interviews and a case study or two to ensure we have the right fit for our client before moving forward.
