We’re looking for a Full-Time Production Supervisor who has experience directing and coordinating activities of our manufacturing department. The Production Supervisor is responsible for coaching of employees including training of best practices, setting and monitoring goals, providing regular feedback to employees regarding goals, conducting performance evaluations. 

This is a Second Shift position.

PRIRESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support business requirements and directs employees to work centers

· Develop and maintain Shop operations to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, and production costs

· Manage production and quality standards and hold Shop personnel accountable via visual factory management tools

· Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met

· Log all equipment maintenance issues and track equipment down time

· Other tasks as assigned

SKILLS:

· Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with improving safety and productivity costs

· Ability to train and manage manufacturing teams

· Problem-solving and analytical skills

· Experience calculating figures and measurements in support of the shop environment

· Experience with metal work a plus

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications
