Job Summary
Growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking a Project Manager to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in engineering and previous project engineering/management experience in manufacturing. PMP certification a plus. Understanding of air coolers and supply chain a plus. Will relocate for the right candidate.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate action plans to successfully complete projects.
- Work with Purchasing to assure that all long lead items are identified and ordered in a timely manner
- Maintain project schedules and report status in weekly Program Reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Operations activities, including Engineering, Sales and the Customer; assure all parties maintain close communication and coordination regarding project status
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering
- PMP certification a plus
- Project management skills including organizing and planning projects, establishing goals and monitoring performance, assessing risks, and anticipating and efficiently resolving problems.
- Understanding of air coolers and manufacturing supply chains are a plus
- Ability to manage projects and lead teams with excellent vision and positive attitude
- Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
