As a
Manufacturing Project Manager
youll be responsible for defining, leading and following up product development, transfer and related business improvement project within IPSC Tamsi.

What youll do


Leading development (and business improvement) projects, including new products, transfers, and major customization projects

Responsible for planning major projects (timing, budgeting and indicating resource requirements)

Highlighting and escalating issues to responsible manager, project sponsor or putting items in front of management team as appropriate.

Maintaining standard project documents as required by internal standards and development

Assuring that all milestones are kept and agreed outcomes are available and shared.

Closing projects and publishing learnings.

Your qualifications


Degree in an engineering, design or materials related subject or diploma with equivalent experience (min. five years)

2-3 years experience managing projects in product or process development preferably in a factory environment.

Understanding of product development process.

Leading multi disciplinary project teams.

Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning and resource allocation tools.
