Job TitleManufacturing Quality Engineer
Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Responsible for achieving a state of high-quality performance, compliance and sustainability in the factories while pursuing continuous quality improvement through application of Quality Engineering practices.
Oversight of Philips products/parts/services utilized in manufacturing throughout the manufacturing lifecycle including sustaining change management.




You are responsible for

Monitor/report manufacturing quality performance and drive for improvement.
Responsible for non-conformance events including NC initiation, root cause investigation, MRB coordination, disposition/correction/prevention etc.
Lead the RMA, recall and rework activity.
Responsible for change evaluation of quality impact and change implementation verify which related to manufacturing process or controls.
Create and maintain in-process/final inspection plan, leading the quality control set up during products industrialization, includes the control spec review/control character determine/criteria create etc., and training QC inspectors.
Responsible for products QC measurement method create and maintain, include machine/fixture/tool create, verify per GRR, measurement program create etc.
WPP PPI master data create and maintain.
Responsible for product release T&V test communication and execution at local lab.
Responsible for the new SKU physical FAI inspection and AD activity.
Responsible for the product verify test during problem solving, products change, molding copy/transfer, manufacturing process change etc.
Accountable for the part/product release and responsible for SKU PSW to CoC.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

EducationTechnician Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or relavants
Experience: Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience
Competency and Skills
Good communication and cooporation skill
Familair with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan and Data stantistic tool etc.
Good understanding of QMS standards and regulations ISO9000, ISO13485, QSR820, CGMP etc.
Fluent written and spoken English
Familiar with 6-Sigma
