PeopleShare is seeking candidates with experience in machine operation for a Production Associate role with a growing manufacturing company in Cranbury, NJ!




  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday)

  • Pay Rate: $14.00-15.00/hour

  • Temp to hire position with growth opportunity



 



Job Responsibilities & Description:




  • Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment

  • Review batch instructions, gather ingredients and tools, set up machine, and monitor running machine

  • Clean machine and maintain an organized production area

  • Respond to problems with machines and troubleshoot basic issues or report more advanced problems to maintenance

  • Inspect finished product for quality assurance purposes



 



Job Requirements:




  • Experience in manufacturing or production environment

  • Experience operating machinery

  • General warehouse or labor experience required

  • Ability to lift approximately 50lbs, stand/bend/walk for a shift

  • Availability for occasional overtime

  • Willingness to train
