- Performing work on boats and rigging as needed.
- Service, diagnose, and repair outboards, stern drives, and inboards.
- Troubleshoot, repair and install electrical accessories in boats including bilge pumps, charging systems, and steering systems.
- Work with the owner and other employees to perform all tasks needed to run the business
- Be able to work independently or with a team
