Job Summary:

As a Marketing and Business Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be data-driven, and possess a deep understanding of marketing and business development principles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Social media knowledge, able to create, promote, and manage content
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing and business development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads that can be converted into profitable signed contracts.
  • Ability to nurture and foster leads in order to cultivate sustainable long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
  • Build strong community connections through targeted outreach efforts, including in-person events and digital forums.
  • Implement cutting-edge customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage, track, and analyze lead and opportunity pipelines, as well as customer interactions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Must be tech-savy and able to utilize AI technology ie. ChatGPT etc.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B in various industries including ecommerce, manufacturing and more
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and data.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Must be located in Silicon Valley or Irvine
  • Bilingual Mandarin (Preferred)
