About the Role

Were looking for an experienced senior marketer that will lead and execute our outbound marketing strategy but who isnt afraid to get their hands dirty and dive into the details! With a Zero to 1 talent for content creation, you will play a critical role in shaping all our external marketing campaigns. You will be partnering closely with our executives and our client-facing team to ensure that our messaging across web, social, email + partner and customer-facing materials is engaging, relevant, and conversation-worthy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our sales team to create unique content for HR leaders that drives awareness of Tava specifically and the need to improve access to mental health generally
• Manage offline marketing activities such as events, partner enablement, and media/analyst relations
• Architect an amazing website that communicates Tavas vision and converts each of our different audiences (employers, clients, and therapists) into Tava users
• Craft external corporate communications alongside our CEO
• Drive a customer-first mindset to produce blog, webinar, case study, whitepaper, newsletter, and ad content to support our go-to-market strategy and thought leadership efforts
• Coach and manage external freelancers

Background We Seek

• A deep passion for all aspects of developing and creating great content with a track record of building thought leadership programs for other companies
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a content and communications role
• Ability to convey ideas succinctly verbally, in writing, and when presenting to others
• A proven ability to uplevel brand awareness and demand generation goals via B2B content marketing strategy and tactics
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and shift priorities as needed
• Self-starter mentality and ability to operate without much guidance
• Skilled at HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
