We have big plans for the future of our platform, so we are looking for an experienced and well-rounded B2B SaaS marketing leader to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven leader, with expertise in managing paid campaigns, growth marketing, search and content marketing, and video marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the marketing team in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
  • Analyze and track competitive landscape and consumer trends that may impact market positioning.
  • Establish and continually refine SproutVideos go-to-market strategy.
  • Focus on experimentation and growth driven by new user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Be the resident expert on the SproutVideo customer. Identify and understand high value customer relationships. Develop reliable customer personas, and map the customer journey to ensure key touch points are being targeted in campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team and Creative Director to manage and craft the content calendar to produce compelling blog posts, social content, videos, and live streams.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Creative Director on all creative content, including new video campaigns and live stream programming.
  • Coordinate ongoing strategic conversion rate optimization, SEO, and branding efforts across all public-facing pages of SproutVideos web presence (marketing site, landing pages, etc.)
  • Lead all project management for the marketing team, including cross-functional efforts, and continuously work to refine processes to streamline efficiencies.
  • Manage CRM platform (HubSpot), including email campaigns, automated workflows, and data analysis.
  • Work closely to strategize with the Growth Marketing Specialist and manage campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid channels, attract new followers to social media pages, and spark organic engagement.
  • Coordinate with the CTO and Head of Product on product marketing campaigns to drive feature uptake, support successful product launches, and customer retention / churn reduction.
  • Report on marketing campaign performance on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a marketer, with recent experience managing and growing a team.
  • 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS companies as a marketer.
  • 2+ years experience managing a team as a people manager and/or project manager.
  • Data analysis: a clear understanding of how to track and apply KPIs to marketing decisions.
  • Extensive experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for a B2B tech company.
  • Long-term planning; able to look at the big picture for all marketing efforts and anticipate content needs despite uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • Expert-level experience working with Google Ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Wordpress, and all major social ad platforms.
  • Solid presentations skills: comfortable making formal presentations, whether publicly or internally. Being comfortable appearing on camera for VOD or live streams a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and/or copy editing skills a plus.
  • Experience with sales enablement, account-based marketing, or pitching to enterprise clients a plus.
  • Advanced degrees in marketing, data science, psychology, business administration, or related fields a plus.
