Director Marketing

Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing to assist with the management of the companys rapidly growing midstream business. This person will have companywide responsibility for the downstream marketing of products produced from the companys facilities, including residue gas, NGLs, condensate and helium. The Director of Marketing will report to the companys Senior Vice President Commercial.

Responsibilities:

Organization, coordination and management of all aspects of the companys product marketing effort

Coordinate with the companys commercial and operations teams to forecast volumes for nominations purposes

Manage nominations with various downstream pipelines

Provide reliable and timely analyses on short- and long-term commodity market fundamentals

Negotiate offtake agreements

Tracking and analysis of product sales

Coordination and management of bulk helium sales, including logistical (trailer) movements

Develop and manage relationships with key off-takers of all products

Coordinate and perform marketing-focused due diligence supporting the companys acquisition efforts

Identify and support strategic growth opportunities

Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches

Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and market trends within the business in order to translate results into actionable insights for company

Thorough understanding of market development, marketing strategies and practices

Perform other related duties as assigned


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required

10+ years of oil and gas marketing experience

Solid experience with oil and gas contracts, negotiations, and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
