Drakes top client a local Pharmaceutical company, is currently hiring a Marketing Head to be part of their collaborative team in Quezon City.

Responsibilities:
Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for the company, which revolves around advertising pharmaceutical products
Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics.

Qualifications:
With at least 15 years of experience related to marketing, product management, and people management.
With a background in multinational (MNC) pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
