Victor is seeking a Marketing Intern who will be an innovative self-starter with experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, communications, and go-to-market planning. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience through education, is powered by both creativity and KPIs and has a keen awareness of audience needs. The ideal candidate can seamlessly balance multiple, and often evolving priorities, and can collaborate effectively with the marketing team from strategy to implementation to analysis. This position can be based in Bethesda MD, Columbia SC OR (Remote) and will report to the Marketing Lead for Victor US.
Responsibilities:
Assist with producing compelling copy and creative for email and advertising campaigns, social media posts and other marketing collateral Assist with the design and creation of email campaigns Assist with creation of webinar slide decks (PowerPoint) Support ongoing website management; updating content, imagery and suggesting ideas for improved user experience Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions Carry out competitor research, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their websites, products and services Assist with data analysis and reviewing campaign effectiveness Present new and innovative ideas to ensure the organizations marketing strategies are fresh and exciting.
Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience with a content management system preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and information. Ability to write articles and promotional materials that conform to prescribed style and format. Is a strong independent worker but also a collegial team player Not afraid to share ideas and voice opinions Candidates will be required to submit work samples.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2024 - May/June 2025 Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date Majors: Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media/Communications, English, Business, or related discipline Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
