#Jobs The Marketing Invoicing and Operations Specialist will support marketing invoice processing, budget tracking and reconciliation, and select marketing operations. Duties will require the candidate to: Process 100+ marketing invoices monthly for the US and Canada. This requires working with external vendors, the marketing team, the finance team and accounts payable team to ensure timely and proper payment, allocation and reconciliation. Investigate and answer vendor, agent and internal inquiries regarding unpaid invoices or other expenses or bills. Create new vendors and/or edit Accounts Payable information for existing vendors. Support the month-end and quarter-end close process. Collaborate, coordinate, multi-task projects and communicate across disciplines and departments. Assist with marketing (STP ) program that requires problem solving, invoicing, engaging with our vendor partners and agents. Assist with issue resolution and customer/agent service inquiries that require critical thinking, triage, follow-up and communications. Other duties as assigned by manger to support the marketing department, with emphasis on customer service and data entry/analysis. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Strong attention to detail with high accuracy. Strong organizational and project management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Works with urgency in fast-paced sales-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a good sense for analytics, pivot tables, finance, presentation, layout, and design. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related area is preferred. 2+ years of customer service and/or sales communication experience 2 years+ of accounts payable experience. Experience supporting a marketing organization a plus.
