Job Description

Do you want to fundamentally change the way India exports Do you want your work to have a significant impact on the lives of tens of thousands of MSMEs in India who sell across Amazon s worldwide marketplaces Does solving complex problems excite you Amazon s Global Trade program has enabled 1,25,000 Indian exporters to cross $5 billion in cumulative exports from India that showcase crores of Made in India products today to customers across the world. To help us fulfil this mission, we are looking for a customer-obsessed marketer.
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Marketing Manager to support new initiatives of product, programs, and consumer marketing to drive seller success under Amazon Global Trade marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing marketing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across global selling products.
Key job responsibilities
Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end.
- Plan GTM strategies, launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies and partner teams.
- Report performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle.
- Build measurability and work closely with BI to plan impact measurement across different initiatives. Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition.
- Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.
- Work with product team to implement product initiatives and improve acquisition, drive adoption and develop an understanding of impact.
- Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns for global marketplaces where INGS operate.
- Develop test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement and conversion uplift.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND, - 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
