We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Service Hub, as well as a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into actionable marketing operations. The Marketing Operations Account Manager will be responsible for client relations management, project management, and continuously improving our marketing operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a focus on HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Service Hub
• Strong project management skills and experience managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• A continuous learning mindset and desire to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into actionable marketing operations
• Build and manage workflows in HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Service Hub
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives
