Primary Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and oversight of the Company’s global marketing automation platform, including the implementation of new software and processes. 

• Develop lead scoring models, target groups, engaging nurture tracks and collaborate across Marketing to help develop effective campaign content. 

• Work with the Retail and Global Business Solutions teams to assure that the proper marketing requirements and attributes are implemented in the CRM system and marketing automation platform globally. 

• Partner with other marketing colleagues and the Customer Experience Center to develop an integrated strategic vision and prioritized roadmap for all parts of the customer journey from unqualified contacts to brand advocates. 

• Develop a closed-loop lead generation process and tracking programs. Provide insightful and actionable lead generation performance reporting including KPIs. 

• Optimize programs based on customer interaction and reports on ROI as applicable. 

• Develop consistent lead generation KPIs and reporting requirements globally. Work with the Global Marketing team to produce and distribute the monthly global lead report. 



Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Operations or related field along with three plus years of prior experience. 

• Experience with marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred. 

• Strong analytical, project management skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. 

• Excellent communicator with ability to collaborate and influence across all functional areas.
