We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Operations & Campaign Lead with a passion for the aerospace industry. This is a permanent position in the finance industry and will give you an opportunity to work on exciting projects and campaigns. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have a key role in driving our marketing strategy, campaigns, and operations.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Operations & Campaign Lead, you will:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns targeted towards B2B clients in the aerospace industry. 2. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement. 3. Utilize SaSS, SQL, and HubSpot to manage marketing operations and lead flow. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to define MQL and SQL, ensuring a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel. 5. Drive demand generation initiatives and programs to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. 6. Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns. 7. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, particularly within the aerospace and finance industries.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience doing the following:
1. Hands-on B2B demand generation experience - from inception to end 2. Experienced with multi-channel B2B demand gen programs - Email, SEO, Paid Social etc. 3. Proficient with all marketing/sales funnel metrics and engaging with sales 4. Proven experience with improving funnel conversion (this is where content comes in, messaging) 5. Experienced with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), CMS a bonus (Wordpress, HubSpot), as well as Salesforce (or comparable e.g. MSFT Dynamics)
