The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for using data, analytics and email best practices through Marketing Cloud.

• Work with the Sr. Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to develop a deep understanding of business model and communication calendars.
• Assist with all email campaigns, including loading lists, data extension creation, execution, testing, optimization, and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
• Ensure all email marketing campaigns are always targeting the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
• Use data to constantly analyze, diagnose, and measure performance against expectations.
• Maintain and manage ESP/Marketing Cloud contact database.
• Adapt to existing processes and procedures, while staying current with programs to suggest new approaches to delivering better results.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in email marketing and automation required.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and an email marketing platform required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Both B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred.
• Strong service mentality to support business partners.
• Able to work with technical, business development, creative, and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop for basic image editing a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills.
