Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and youll directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through cross-collaboration with internal communications, PR, vendors, service lines teams and others, youll activate a wide range of marketing activities to build brand awareness, create brand permission and create demand for sector-identified priorities.

The opportunity

As part of a highly collaborative team, youll be contributing to and supporting the design, development, management and execution of marketing programs for the US Private Equity practice. Youll support quality, management and the success of go-to-market marketing initiatives, focusing on coordinating specific marketing activities and owning marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Your Key Responsibilities

Youll codevelop the concepts and content in marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Leader and make certain that they are in alignment with the firms brand and sector strategy. Youll develop relationships across the firm and work closely with the PE Marketing Leader and team to bring marketing campaigns to life by activating the client life cycle across multiple channels. Through strong project management skills, you will proactively anticipate needs and challenges and be able to suggest different considerations. Your ability to measure and analyze marketing investments in areas such as events, digital and social campaigns will be critical to helping inform leaders on future strategy. As an active member of the team, you will be comfortable working across a matrixed organization to achieve marketing goals and identify opportunities across the firm to strengthen marketing investments. As you will be working with internal stakeholders from all areas of the business, youll have the opportunity to share knowledge and thought leadership from a marketing perspective.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Five to eight-plus years of relevant marketing experience

Ideally, youll also have

  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketo and Conductor is a plus
  • Background in the Private Equity or Financial sector preferred

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $71,700 to $130,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,000 to $147,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Youll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
