We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to work across Xe and Dandelion, two international brands whose corporate clients are among the largest businesses in the world.

This multi-discipline role is dedicated to generating and delivering corporate demand using digital marketing and lead generation, events, content marketing, and social media.

Xe is an established brand helping thousands of businesses with currency information and their cross-border payments worldwide. Dandelion offers access to the worlds largest real-time, cross-border payments network to banks and other financial institutions. This role is dedicated to delivering the marketing strategies designed to grow these brands' corporate business.

We are looking for a marketer whos excited to join a dynamic growth-orientated team with a global outlook. A successful candidate will bring creative thinking, a focus on delivery, and an appetite for learning new skills whilst applying a foundation of marketing principles across a mix of media.

What you'll do:

  • Collaboration: with the acquisition team to execute, monitor, and optimize paid user acquisition channels, including SEM, paid social, display, gated content, and retargeting
  • Creation & Writing: Assist with the creation, writing, and maintenance of e-communications such as social media, blogs, email templates, and print materials in collaboration with the wider marketing team
  • Email campaigns: Work closely with the lifecycle team to brief, send, monitor, and optimize a program of email campaigns
  • Social Media: Post, monitor, and optimize regular social media posts
  • Branding & Events: Deliver branding and marketing assets for global events in coordination with our vendors
  • Collaborate with internal and external design resources to build and review creative resources for marketing and sales enablement
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to regularly update sales enablement material
  • Analytics: Regularly report on campaign performance with marketing analytics tools and in collaboration with the wider marketing team

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in a marketing-related field
  • Experience:1-3 years experience working in a marketing department, preferably in the corporate field
  • Organisation: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced workflow
  • Creativity: Excellent attention to detail, particularly focused on maintaining consistency across copy and creative work
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to organize, interpret, and action data to report on results and drive growth

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Experience digesting complex information into simple stories that emphasize value
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of layout and design principles
  • Basic to intermediate experience with a graphic design software
  • Experience working with and managing freelancers and external vendors
  • Experience balancing creative and strategic thinking with the cadence and consistency that a commercial environment demands
