JOB PURPOSE
The Graphic Design Marketing Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Global Brand Team in creating, producing and delivering a variety of materials for both offline and online use. This includes brochures, banners, presentations, advertising, tradeshow graphics, brand identities and brand guidelines to support our broader marketing objectives, whilst optimizing our customer experience. This position is responsible for communicating and co-ordinating with the wider Global Marketing Team to ensure swift execution of design-related materials, to fulfil marketing strategies and company goals.
RESPONSIBILITES / COMMITMENTS (DELIVERABLES & KPI'S)
Create high quality deliverables in various formats across multiple channels
Understand briefings and take them from conception through to final artwork completion
Work collaboratively across a variety of design and brand projects
Work within and implement client brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Take ownership of workload, prioritize and manage time effectively
A team player who can collaborate with the Global Marcom team and extended partners
Present ideas, concepts and research to marcom stakeholders
Problem solver who can see the bigger picture
Maintain proactive communication throughout project delivery
Implement feedback and changes in a timely manner
Execute brand strategy and broader client global marketing strategy
Active involvement in cross-party working with Global Marketing Team
Liaise with international sales and product teams on project and strategy delivery
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification in graphic design or associated subject
Minimum of 3 years' professional graphic design experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications
Good overall understanding of Microsoft Office applications, extended knowledge of PowerPoint would be advantageous but not essential
Experience and ability to deliver creative work across both print and digital
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates an urgency to meet deadlines
Ability to take ownership of your own work and manage workload effectively
Note :
May be doing some Hybrid work 3 days office/2 days remote

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suites (how files are saved/access)
Photoshop is the key
Experience with MS Office application
