Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation

Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website

Getting some property information for those deals that need to be put in the Website.

Creating some Email Campaigns

Ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns.

Monitor and improve marketing performance using data.

Verifying the property details in the City or County.



Requirements:



Can Speak English proficiently

Can Speak Spanish is a Plus

Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of using Excel and Google suites.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
