Position Summary This position seeks a self-disciplined, entrepreneurial and ambitious team member to help build event tactics and resources for our college market to drive engagement and successful movie events. This position will support the marketing team in key areas of administrative needs, research and ideation. Responsibilities - Create new digital trivia experiences per title/theme for all new experiential events through the Kahoot platform (contribute new ideas to make this an engaging experience)
- Participate in marketing and sales team meetings and brainstorms to contribute additional ideas and opinions on direction/positioning/creative approach during one of our busiest times of the year
- Contribute, research and vet new ideas for college event, promotion and collaboration ideas for all College Premiere Titles (roughly 150)
- Create new content for college experiential events (i.e. movie trivia and bingo)
- Take all existing movie trivia from the 2022/2023 academic year and create new versions within the Kahoot platform
- Create one-page flyers for each college premier title for fall 2023: Flyer will include title details and artwork, event ideas, promotional ideas, collaboration ideas, customer testimonials and links to experiential events. This will be cataloged and used by sales in the fall to provide customers with turn-key events and resources.
- Potentially research and document new points of contact on campuses for diversity, equity and inclusion groups
- Website audit (from a student film chair perspective)
- Social media audit and content ideas
Requirements Professional Requirements - Self-starter
- Attention to detail, analytical and has an eye for accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Is a team player, independent yet supportive
Educational Requirements Minimum 3.0 GPA Persuing a Bachelors Degree
