Job Description: As the Marketing Vice President at SueZhang Real Estate Group, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with our sales and operations teams to create and implement strategies that set us apart in the real estate industry. Your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with management team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the real estate industry, emphasizing branding, lead generation, and customer engagement.
2. Integrated Marketing Leadership and Resource Allocation:
Lead the integrated marketing efforts, overseeing a team responsible for content creation, market research, digital marketing, and allocation of resources for both digital and traditional marketing strategies. To provide guidance and strategic direction while not being directly responsible for hands-on execution.
3. Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
4. Content Creation and Market Research Leadership:
Lead the content creation and market research functions, overseeing a team responsible for these areas. Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other materials that establish our expertise in the real estate industry. Simultaneously, continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and innovation. Your role is to provide guidance and strategic direction while not being directly responsible for hands-on execution.
5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Partnerships and Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and other relevant partners.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
8. Team and Personnel Management: build a creative and strong team, recruit, train, assess and coach team members.

Qualifications:
• College Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Proven at least 2-3 years experience as a marketing leader, ideally within the real estate or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and consumer behaviors.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
