We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing and Project Management Assistant with experience in e-commerce to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating marketing content, communicating with third-party content creators, and streamlining customer communications. Additionally, you will assist with customer support, e-commerce product catalog management, and content creation using various content management platforms. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for marketing, experience in project management, and a background in e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities: Create marketing content based on provided topics and guidelines to engage our target audience and promote our products and services across various online channels. Communicate effectively with third-party content creators to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and guidelines. Streamline customer communications by acting as the liaison between customers and our delivery team to provide task clarifications and ensure a smooth project workflow. Assist with customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Manage our e-commerce product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for our customers. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the role. (link removed) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on e-commerce. Experience with e-commerce websites and web project management is a plus. Proficiency in e-commerce and content management platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Bigcommerce, and Magento. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
