Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Master Plumber license


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Knowledge of drain concepts and supply lines


• Understanding of residential wiring


• Soldering Skills


• Available to work mandatory overtime and willing to travel as needed


• Good comprehension and communication skills, both verbal & written


• Ability to follow instructions


• Must be responsible, reliable and act with integrity


• Self-motivated and detail oriented


• Present yourself in neat, well-groomed appearance and always conduct yourself in a professional manner


• Pass background check


• Must be computer literate

Job Duties:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of water filtration equipment


• Testing to ensure equipment is delivering the highest quality purified, filtered and soft water


• Complete focus on customer satisfaction through timely arrivals, clear communication to the customer of the work to be performed, work completed on time and show the customer the quality and condition of work.


• Demonstrate how the product performs and show the QUALITY of the installation.


• Utilize all the required technology during installation and complete all documents using computer technology.


• UTILIZE sales skills to obtain potential leads & maintain added options inventory in the vehicle for potential onsite sales.


• Must ensure a crystal clean site following installation.


• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems


• Train Installation Technicians


• Communicate with customers, construction and trade crews in a friendly and professional manner


• Review daily work orders to determine scope of work and ensure you have the proper parts and supplies


• Manage travel plans to meet scheduled appointment times


• Communicate respectfully with fellow technicians and installers


• Work with Sales and Customer Service departments to provide outstanding customer experiences


• Complete assigned service/installation work in an efficient manner


• Document details of the service/installation work needed and performed


• Maintain tools and parts inventory for service vehicle


• Perform other related duties as assigned
