Essential Responsibilities include:

• Following up on existing customer orders or expediting them.
• This role will assist planning team with data analyses as needed.
• Notifies internal costumers of changes in order status, forecast or any deviations to ensure they are producing to the most up to date information.
• This person will request documentation or order status updates from internal costumers in accordance with our supplier approval process including, new supplier forms, business continuity plans, and other information as needed.
• This person will also ensure that the supplier documentation collected is saved in the proper locations per outlined work instructions.
