Retention bonus for new temps until September 30th. They will receive an extra $1/hr on all hours worked during this period.

Guidelines:
They need to work through to the end of September and the bonus will be paid in October
If they resign they are not eligible
If we terminate because of cause
If we have to shorten the contract due to demand they are still eligible.
Performs routine manual duties in the handling of materials that supports all aspects of the production operation including; kitting, transfer of materials, attending stockroom, materials distribution; and following established procedures.
The Material Handler-Water Spider must be able to perform job duties as defined in the Standard Work Chart.
Additionally, the Material Handler-Water Spider must also perform the essential functions for the shipping/receiving area.
