Description

Hours: M-Fri 6:30am- 3pm with occasional OT and some Saturdays

Candidates must provide their own safety shoes, Client will provide the remaining PPE

Perform administrative duties in a manufacturing production assembly enviornment.
Assist operations teams on the shop floor with the following:
Capturing defects in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Manage, sort and perform basic analysis of data in Excel
Communicate and partner with cross functional teams in production
Schedule meetings in Outlook and Teams
Develop powerpoint slides
Generate and report out daily progress reports

Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and have excellent attention to detail
Must be able to walk/stand up to 10 hours per day
May have exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces
