- Management of laboratory consumables inventory: PR requisitions, material issue, moving/non-moving analysis
- Logistic management: handle the export & domestics shipment and proper communication with stakeholder and freight forwarder. Track the shipments and update to the end user. Maintain data for all Domestics & Export shipments
- Preparation of Eway bill and job work challan
- Gate pass management for material transfer within and outside the company on RGP/NRGP basis
- Chemical samples dispatch: sample invoices, tracking, coordination with courier agency, invoice processing.
- Goods receipts
- Chemical receipt and management of inventory through electronic lab notebook
- Commercial grade chemical sourcing from indigenous and international vendors
