A brief overview of your facility and what you produce We manufacture ultrasound probes.

Role Summary:

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules. Fully proficient professional that contributes to projects and initiatives, influences at the site level, determines and executes to operational standards and processes, and has a strong understanding of a concepts, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage materials planning, materials ordering, material availability, inventory levels, and material processes and systems
• MRP Planning Tool Experience
• Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
• Daily shortage root cause investigation and resolution
• Partner closely with suppliers focusing on materials replenishment planning and forecasting future material needs
• Conduct daily walks on the floor to investigate and resolve material issues
• Assist in cycle count efforts as determined
• Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts
• Lead key lean activities in stockroom
• Develops innovative solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
