Qualifications:

- Licensed Civil Engineer

- With DPWH Materials Engineer II accreditation

- Minimum eight (8) years of work experience

- With four (4) relevant / related years of experience such as but not limited to quality control and material testing

- Must be familiar with all materials sampling and testing techniques and standards
