Experienced Meat Deboner Halal required for a busy Halal Meat shop in Mullingar for Wholesale & Retail supply to restaurants and local customers. Candidate will be working 39 hours per week, Annual wages will be 34,060/-
Candidate must have experience to Debone Halal Lamb, Beef & Chicken.

Able to break the carcass into suitable portions.
An excellent knife skill and in-depth knowledge of the Butchery Trade.
Fully debone on entire carcass (both hind quarter and fore quarter) without damaging meat.
Cut, trim, slicing and prepare meat cuts to specific meat as per customer requirements.
In addition to skilled knife use, will be using cleavers, meat saw and other equipments to perform meat cuttings.
Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
Maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
Receiving and checking the cold room deliveries and keeping stock level up todate.
Physical role including lifting and standing.
Communication skills with Asian customers.
Work on own and as part of a team.
Excellent customer handing skills, be organised and good communication, stock procedures, engage with customers, building excellent and friendly relationship with them to understand their needs.
Notify your manager of any un-usual activity.
Conform to acceptable standards of dress and decorum, bearing in mind the effect of the image which may be presented to customers, colleagues and associates.
