LINQM is contracted to help with a Mechanical Design Engineer opening that is has a scope of 8 months with a chance to be bought out.



The right person should have a background in Design, working with Hydraulic equipment. The experience needs to be aligned around calculating and sizing heat exchangers, dust collectors, chillers, pumps, fans, blowers, control valves, and hazardous exhaust.

Working knowledge of engineering principles and design guides related to International Codes Council.

We want someone that has 8+ years of experience with HVAC systems

The role:

• Defining project schedules for HVAC


• Work with Construction contractors and bidders and help answer questions


• Draft reports based onsite inspections 


• Make sure systems meet plans and specifications


• Review designs to adhere to guidelines

Systems and qualifications:

Experience in HVAC systems design and implementation

Past experience writing site reports

Experience in mechanical drawings

Using HVAC Load Calculations, MS Office, AutoCAD
